i don't know Judaism, but for me personally, the core of Christianity is a relationship with the Christ. Catholics put a whole lot of ritualism and religion, but i focus on the spiritual and intellectual side of things. basically the main point is love, i think. we are to exemplify the self-sacrificial that Christ showed us. i don't really know what else there is to it, because all of the tenets and beliefs stem from that

same, i dunno the details about Judaism so i cant really compare between Christianity. but aside from what sirlag just said, Christianity doesnt have all the rules and laws that Judaism has.

dunno how accurate i am, but with Judaism with the temple and that there was the section for gentiles, then there was the inner court or something like that and then there was that area that only the high priest could enter once every year.
but with Christianity it gives everybody the opporunity to be as close to God as they can
