New System in Blue !!

Dear All Blues' Members,

The new level system implemented in Blue server.

level 0 - 1 Server Visitor
level 2 Allied Clan
level 4 Tryout Member
level 5 GDC Member
level 9 Visiting Leader
level 10 Leader
level 12 HAC Member
level 13 Visiting Owner
level 14 Jr. Owner
level 15 Real Owner
level 20 Clan Admin
level 30 Founder

Notes: No recruiter or coleader level anymore.

We got 4 leaders for the blue server already selected by me. No excuses for leader to be inactive more than 3 days without announcing in forum or a replacement is ready to take over his/her spot.

Leader should recruite or make a candidate for Tryout member lvl 4. Tryout member can't join before the 2 weeks ended and leader evaluates him according to the New rules, Refer back to OverMind Post.

Leader should update roster update and official roster. No helper now for leaders, so leader should do all the work of recruiter and coleader and leader.

In the new system there is no promotion to members, so leader can't promote to any lvls.

Owner has the full right to replace the leader with some one more capable to handle the spot.

Leader can't kick any member from clan unless he got approval from owner or HAC member with proof for the case.

The new system removes the levels hungers and shows the loyalty to the clan.

there are 4 levels between leader and member. besides, nobody is occupying those levels so it wouldnt matter if leader was 6 and member was 5

however in some other topic somebody said something about there being gaps in the levels so that we could work things out in the future if necessary

server admin instead of leader would
sound cooler..xD
because we have clan admin lvl 20
and than server admin lvl 10..

I wonder only one thing, which is more important than the gaps.

Which commands will be given to which level? As I won't trust a person that is 2 weeks in the clan with the responsibility to possibly ban the whole server, but only 4 people having that option doesn't seem that good idea to me..

its gonna be in all servers, just that blue is the first to get it

just like before when we changed the level system, some servers got it before others.

but leaders are meant to lead! and leading is generally a cool thing

Well imo, as there are trials, members, leadears...I wouldnt give members any damn good command, and i would make level as mature member between member and leader... which was actually able of kick and mute....i'd only give it to members we really know are long in gdc and are "mature".Just my opinion though

rubber thats the idea, that no abuse could be made.
Because only leaders can ban there wont be any abuse, and if we have a middle level member that can ban/kick . the original idea goes to waste.

i personally think that middle member level is still ok, because once the members get this level they can help in server,
i don't like to give people the impression that they are ussless, as they are in this case or "will be".

but this is the idea, and needs to be done, if it works bad, we will change it.

Lvl 5 member have all the commands of lvl 16 in old system, the GDC member should trusted member thats why tryout member was made to evaluate them before joining.

All members now can help server only leader can lead them and guide them.

Leader has more power now so he can manges his members and owners manage leaders.

Members have power to kick and mute too so they can mange abuse visitors too.

As I posted in the other forum I want the level system to launch all at once and not server by server. This will confuse the whole clan and I feel we should make all the shrubbots/level.db's and launch them all at once in all servers.

If you have an old back up please use that until we have them all ready.

Not Really,theres only 3 levels between member and recruiter.And My Idea has only 15 levels.The Old System had like 30.

same, giving all standard members the equivalence of lvl 16 seems a bit risky. because there are always gonna be the bad ones that get in and cause problems

but we might as well give it a shot

or maybe u need to give a selection of the most active members and most trusted members the commands of lvl 16

I think we should be added recruiter.

so all lvl 5 get kick and mute command... and only leaders will get all of it. i think it will be c.h.a.o.s.

and i agree with GIXTER, leader cant be online whole day..

i still think this sucks, but what OM wants is law..

Gixter, we allready discussed this in another topic, and the supreme's said this whas the way it was going to happen
so no recruiters and also no co-leaders..... only leaders

@ twiebol: thats why we got 4 leaders, not only 1
