color -> don't need a post when he is editing the fireteam (when he is dont editing 1 week he must post too)
ACTIVE : OK
1 WEEK INACTIVE BUT ACTIVE AT SERVER : warn + demote 1 lvl
2 WEEKS INACTIVE BUT ACTIVE AT SERVER : WARN + DEMOTE 1 LVL again, if you cant demote him, the player stays member
3 WEEKS INACTIVE BUT ACTIVE ON SERVER : KICK
