360 Problem

Well i post here about this.
I have an Xbox360 and xbox live.
Well when i test my connetion on my xbox my NAT is strict.
And it ses "Strict you do not get the full experience of xbox live", and some of my mats that have the NAT strict icannot play with online.
So there is 3 types of NAT.
Open
Moderate
And Strict
I need to change this To Open.
I have looked on google etc, nothing helps
Anyone know anything about this?
