Gay marriage ban... constitutionally illegal?

So, I don't know why nobody has brought up this point yet in the politics, but this part of the constitution pretty much says either: a) Ban marriage outright. Nobody is allowed to marry anyone else; or b) Lift the gay marriage, and give gays equal rights under the law.

The underlined portion is that part this topic is concerning most. It basically means that if one person can do something, so can everyone else. Of course, there should always be a limit to what someone can do. For example, banning marriage to your dog should obviously be illegal for reasons I think everyone already knows.

Anyone that supports the gay marriage ban is basically supporting overwriting basic rights protected by the U.S. Constitution. If that's the case, I wonder how those supporters would feel if Obama decided to repeal the 1st Amendment and ban Christianity since he's obviously Muslim. (Note the sarcasm)

so we should ban marriage to pets and animals because beastiality is disgusting, an abomination, stupid, and, well, yeah, really really bad

but we shouldnt ban gay marriages even though homosexuality is disgusting, an abomination, stupid, and well, yeah, really really bad

so either we ban gay marriange or allow beastiality, and the former is by far the only reasonable option


and on a much cruder point, whats the point of your wang? in general, 2 uses; to urinate and to use with the womans vagina for sex and reproduction.
whats the point of the vagina? same thing, (if im leaving out any details the fact that im a man explains that i dont know everything about down there) for sex.

that means that man was made to be with WOMAN. and woman was made to be with MAN
nothing else, man dont go with man or a cow, and woman dont go with a woman, a pig or a mongoose


now since im not in america, it dont affect me with any constitutional laws or declarations declaring things or bills billing things. but remember that the people who made those constitutions and declarations had values and morals. and those values and morals are not really the ones that the majority of society has. they would have agreed that stuff like homosexuality, beastiality, siding with the british () etc are all bad things

@ obama banning Christianity, banning it wouldnt do a thing, infact, it would probably separate the "so called" Christians from the true ones. Christianity is banned in China but that dont stop em.

And why is gay marriage an abomination,if a guy likes a guy,

but I don't think we should take away marriage from a certain
group of people depending on their sexual orientation.
They aren't bothering you in any way to just ban their needs,
they ain't harming anyone,they just go on with their lives,
as a matter a fact gay people are more cleaner,organized,
than straight people are,they are better suited in life then us.

Think about it,people are born gay,it's not something they automatically
do,they are born with it,sometimes they might find it out later.
You can't change a person,you can't make them straight,
imagine if your son or daughter was born gay,you won't
call them an abomination,you'll love them and care for them no
matter what,so how is this bad to have gay marriage.

What people do behind the closed door is their business, not the public's. Besides, not all gays are into anal sex. Some simply love each other and that's enough for them. Persecute the whole for the few?

The majority of Germans (that weren't being persecuted) hated the Jews, homosexuals, etc., so does that make the persecution of millions of people morally right?

Wouldn't do a thing? Tons of people will be denied their right to their own thoughts, just like gays are now denied their right to their own thoughts. Also, remember that China is more of a dictatorship than a free country. America on the other hand was built on the idea of freedom, at least at first.

Banning gay marriage opens the door to a wide array of other bans. What's next? Ban the bar mitzvah? Ban the practice of the religion in public? Ban the use of hemorrhoid cream?

Jesus loves EVERYBODY! EVERYONE on earth. He simply hates all the bad stuff we ALL do
on that note, its an abomination cause God says it is. lookit sodom and gomorrah. there werent even 5 good people in sodom so God destroyed all 5 cities of the plain (sodom and gomorrah werent the only 2 destroyed, and the cities of the plain is a very large area)
why did God destroy them? cause almost every single one of them were gay. why would he do that? well if you are the creator of the universe and you dont want people being gay, and you put up with it for so long, giving them countless chances to repent, then eventually your gonna say enough is enough. you even give them one final chance to not be destroyed, and they say no. well, since God is God and what he says goes, (like how the man with the gun makes the rules) then if he wants to wipe them all off the face of the earth for doing what he doesnt want them to do, then he's allowed to wipe them out

all methods that involve them having kids will involve a member of the opposite sex in some way

i aint afraid of them, disagreeing with something doesnt neccessarily mean your afraid of it

All I got out of that was that what God says goes. What about the people that don't believe in God? Shouldn't they also have the same rights as everyone else?

Also, why is it that no cities have been "destroyed by God for sinners" in the past how-many-hundred years? My answer: Vast technological advances in communication.

a stereotypical person,he doesn't like many of the groups that are
around,but yes back to point,if he doesn't like gays,and wants them
gone why are they still here,plus God cares for all his children doesn't

children as I have read,he can't simply say,oh he's gay,kill him.
He has given free will,to people to let them do what they want,if he

Not only that, but if he has already decided that since I watch porn/sell my body to get food on the table/have a surprise dirty thought about my neighbor's wife i'm going to suffer torture in hell for all eternity... well, if that's the case then i'll kill God myself.

but you omit the part where thats true IF you do not repent of your sins and accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and saviour. remember, a person who has been saved can slide back into sin and go to hell

I'm quoting this to the "god - real or not real" topic. This topic is starting to go away from the original intention, marriage rights. Anything else that has to do with why god created man and stuff should go in that topic, not this one.

As far as God and gay marriage goes, religion has no place in politics.

If he hates homosexuality shouldn't he get rid of it then.
And if so many people have committed sins,I don't see him
punishing them,I see everyone else doing it,if being Homosexual
is a sin,would you want God to send your son/daughter to hell,
would you approve of them being gay,if they were born like that,
you don't chose to be gay,you are born with it.
