A week ago i found something out.(THIS ONLY WORKS ON NVIDIA GEFORCE GRAPHIX CARDS )
i was on my gaming pc and i found something.
when i just got my pc it ran on 600 fps on 800x600 resolution and 300 fps on 1280x1024 resolution.
after a couple of weeks playing on my new pc my fps got drained by the day so i was only playing at 120 fps at 800x600 resolution.
My system Hardware:
Intel duo core 3.1 Ghz.
Nvidia Geforce 7100 Gs
500 Gb HardDrive.
Amd Athlon Onboard Nvidia motherboard.
Fatal1ty Sound card.
3x Cooler + Superheat Reducer.
Logitech g9 Mouse.
Logitech g11 keyboard.
Somitec Headset
Somitec Mic.
WHERE TO FIND MY GRAPHIC CARD SETTINGS
WHAT COST THIS FPS DRAINING PROBLEM.
ALL Nvidia Geforce cards have a 3D settings.
if you put it on prestation youll get higher fps.
but it always have been on that but right under the 3D settings there is a installation program to higher youre fps. i didnt saw that, so i installed it and my fps got lower.
because i installed it there are more settings that get in my Vid card of 3D.
so then i was looking what cost this problem.
THE SOLUTION!
in those settings there is a Setting Called VERTICAL SYNCHRONISATION.
TURN THIS OFF!! this reduces alot of youre fps.
just above that settings there are 3 bars witch standing under Quality.
change this to Prestation.
then i went back on a server.
i almost got back my fps.
then i asked how this happen that i still had 100 fps lower then the highest ive reached on this game.
then someone said: CLEAN YOURE HARDDRIVE!
well then i went to clean my harddrive.
if you dont know how to do this ill tell u.
go to START----->ALL PROGRAMS-----> BUREAU_ACCOSOIRES---->SYSTEMWORKSET----->HARDDRIVECLEANER.
after opening this youlle need to choose a driver. click on one of them doesnt matter witch one , then clean everything.
after done this do the same thing but then choose the other driver and clean everything.
THERE YOU GO!
go play and ull see how much youre fps changed !
