| Yes I'll try that, sit-ups are easy for me, and I also train my arms with fitness, but not in the way for push-ups I think Ok thanks for advice. P.S Macedoniė = Macedonia I think. -AimGoD | |

my maximum push up record is 60 times But the strange part of my story is, I did like 5-6 Years fight-sports, but I never learned how to do push-ups, while I did it every lesson . Probarly I just did it all time wrong, but nobody laughed XD Btw sit-ups are easy for me now, because the 5-6 years trainings -AimGoD | |

| push ups are easy
just keep your ass down and carefully go down and then up
but if it's to heavy for you then put your knees on the floor and your feets up into the air.
biceps are easy to train too do push ups but dont put your elbows out. do it so your elbows are going towards the legs it's up and down.
OR you can stand on your hands into a wall and do push ups like that like that your neck muscles may get trained and your biceps.
abs are easy to make too.. make sure your legs are in angle 45 then put your hands behind the head or font of your chest or side of your head so you have 2 fingers near the eyes (there where the pit is) and pull you up.
hope you guys understand what i mean.
and hope i helped you guys a bit.
Regards, Quality

| well then guys let meh help ya xD if you have hard doing pushups then do them on your knees after 1-2 months you can do normally but remember that you have to do about 100 pushups on your knees before you can feel it in your arms and about how to get stronger well... i train kung fu every monday wednesday friday and saturday then on sunday i go swimming (SWIMMING IS EXCELLENT COS THEN YOU TRAIN EVERY MUSCLE IN YOUR WHOLE BODY!!!) and after that i play basketball in the evening you could also run about 3-7 km a day then you would get some excellent workout my advice is: swim.run about 3-7 km a day or bicycle every day for about 15 km, do pushups about 10 on flat hand 15 on fists (i do about 50 of those everyday) and 5 on fingers, train with your weights“ that is my advice and im sure that it is gonna work trust me BUT!! you msut have patience cos it aint gonna go fast like 1 month and you are ultra strong it is about 3-4 months then you will see improvements 5-8 months you will feel better and better 9-12 months you will feel very strong (then the training have got you stronger) | |
