// How To Install ET 2.60b //

Step One
You are going to want to still be able to play 2.55 so we need a fresh installation to start with.

Locate wolfet.exe (The installation setup) or download it again.

Install the game into a different directory. Example "C:\Program Files\Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory2"


Step Two
We now need to patch the game from 2.55 to 2.60 before we can add 2.6b.

Download the patch from here

To install it, double click the application and start the installation wizard.

You need to change the installation path to the directory you chose. Example "C:\Program Files\Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory2"

To check if this has worked, run the new copy of the game you made and open the console. It should say 'ET 2.60' to the right.


Step Three
Now we need to patch 2.60 into 2.6b.

Download the 2.60b patch here

Unpack the file and put them into your new Enemy Territory directory where the current ET.exe is.

It will ask if you want to overwrite the current files, click yes.

Start the game through running ET.exe and check the console for version info, you should have a patched version of ET now.

Step Four
You will probably need to update pb in order to play.

Go into your patched directory and open the pb folder.

Run pbweb. This will download missing files into your pb folder.

It will close when its done but keep opening it to make sure you get everything.

When pb is fully updated you can start playing.

I know that it is for pros the version 2.6 but there is that malformed and I them burst all that the version 2.55 I do not burst everybody for example you finally can etre we it are never seen.
