i think look: 1 warn=nothing 2 warn=nothing 3 warn mute 10 minutes if he says anything after that mute for 1 day and if som1 speaks no english in main chat(soo damn anoiing) 2nd warn mute 10 minutes (and ofcourse own languidge in pm is always alowed =D)
what do u guys think?
