Request A Player

Iv been thinking for a few hours on how to set this question/idea out, it just poped in my head when i was thinking about other members in other servers.

What if we had a section on forums where we could request a player from another server to transfer into an empty spot.. it would save someone pondering/wondering/thinking about transfering, whch alot of people do, and cut strait to the point. It isnt about taking members from another band. This could apply with the servers that are not doing well towards the ones that are doing great. Maybe theres a player in White Head Shot that really wants to play for nq, but thinks ahh no body plays there and my friends are going to be angry for me leaving..
